-A movement, a movement, a social movement what the heck's a social movement? i'm going to try not to reference anything i'm going to try to find meaning by thinking about the words... social movement ....social movement......the way a society moves.....the way we move....the way we change....the way we grow and evolve....the way society makes movement.
-I think that this society needs a movement .....i think it needs change. I think that as far as societies are concerned we're in the middle of one of those times where people need to start working together again to make a generally positive change.
-We are surrounded by signs that prove that we have big problems that need to be addressed on a common level. I think we need to learn to recognize these signs and patterns of history and take action on them before it becomes an unsolvable problem. I think we need to stop, check ourselves, take a breath and get a better grasp on reality. I know i'm not the only one.

-There are things to do to make those changes. There are tons of things to do; from as complex as starting your own group or organization to as simple as laughing. We, as representatives of the present, need to take action for our future before they end up despising us for our wrongs. We need change. This is an attempt at making that change.

So where do we start?

information

I heard one time that the only way a nation can be truly free is if it is informed. It's tough to keep track of everything that is going on everyday. We live in a busy society that doesn't always allow a lot of time for keeping up to date with itself. It's much easier not to pay attention to current events when there are so many to choose from. Its frustrating when you have such a little amount of time and so many different news sources that vary in their degree of credibility. I've compiled a list of links to news sources that you might be interested in checking out. Some may be biased, some may be credible, but all are mirrors of the way people look at this world. I would say enjoy these links but, as i'm sure you know, news is not always good. Just try to stay informed. It is important to have a good idea of what needs to be changed before you address how and when.

issues

-There are a shit ton of problems in this world that we live in. So many it's hard to decifer priority. I decided to branch this page into different issue categories where we can try to learn more and discuss topics by genre. I'm still working on finding stuff so please send me some resources of some of the problems we face that we need to deal with.

action

-The only thing that can truely provoke and inspire change is action. From protesting to hand shaking, commending and condeming, the only way that a society can shift is through the sharing of ideas and discussion of problems. After the knowlege is gained and problems are identified we can start implementing plans to make change. Here are some plans, projects, and organizations that you can get involvled with to make a change.
